Simple Heart Shift Love

Share Valentine’s Vibes with this Simple Heart Shift

Happy Valentine’s month!

In the spirit of love and light, I want to share a simple, yet powerful tool with you. It’s perfect for those moments when you’re feeling a bit down or frustrated with someone or something. The best part? You can do it anywhere, anytime.

As you read this keep in mind, love is the highest vibration and you definitely have the ability to feel and send love.

Let’s face it, we all have those moments where someone or something really tests our patience. It could be a friend, a family member, or even just a stressful situation.

Here’s a quick and simple way to turn things around for yourself, the other person, and the energy of the situation.

  1. Pause and Breathe: When you feel upset, take a moment to pause. Breathe in deeply, then slowly breathe out. This helps calm your mind.
  2. Heart Focus: Shift your focus to your heart.
  3. Visualize Love: Imagine a warm, glowing light of love in your heart. Feel it growing and becoming brighter.
  4. Send the Love: Now, with intention send this loving light from your heart to whoever or whatever is bothering you.

What’s great about this simple heart shift is it can diffuse a situation with no one else consciously knowing you are doing it. (I’ve even done this with strangers in the grocery store.) The hardest part is remembering to use this tool in the heat of the moment when those negative feelings bubble up.

Believe it or not, this small step can have a huge impact on your emotional well-being and how you interact with others. It’s choosing to embrace love and stay positive, even in sticky situations.

So, let’s radiate some warmth and love from our hearts this week. And remember, the trick is to catch yourself in those not-so-great moments and remember to pause and bring your awareness to your heart. Give it a try next time you’re in a situation that could use a ‘higher vibe’.

And, if you feel like you’re at a crossroads with any of your relationships, let’s energetically explore it together. I’ve got a handful of openings in my February schedule for private sessions. Reach out if you’re ready to dive deep.

Sending you lots of love and positive energy for the week ahead!

Here’s another fun Valentine’s suggestion – This little video nugget is from 4 years ago, so it’s an oldie but a goodie but it’s still a thoughtful idea to implement for yourself or your family. Give it a watch, spread the love, and let me know how it goes!

Lemon Sauce: 3 Helpful Tips to Turn Snags into Success

Lemon Sauce: 3 Helpful Tips to Turn Snags into Success

Have you ever had an unexpected obstacle pop up just as you’re gaining momentum toward a goal? I know I have! And while it’s sooo frustrating, it doesn’t have to derail your progress.

Remember my GreenSmoothieGirl 26-day detox journey? Well, I’m on my 11th round (yes, really!) and something interesting happened.

Last year, while I was on this detox, I wanted to use Millet for one of the breakfast recipes. But, as luck would have it, I couldn’t find any at my local stores. That’s when I stumbled upon Amaranth – a grain I had never tried before and instantly fell in love with. Talk about a happy accident!

Fast forward to last week, there I was, back on the detox trail, ready to whip up a delightful orange-coconut milk sauce for my now-favorite Amaranth, and guess what? No oranges in sight, argh.

Did I let that dampen my culinary spirit? Nope! I got creative and substituted with a lemon instead. And here’s the thing – I ended up loving the lemon sauce even more than the orange sauce!

This got me thinking about how life’s little snags, much like my missing oranges, are often blessings in disguise. They can lead us to things we would have never tried if circumstances had worked out how we thought they should.

And even though my examples are minor inconveniences, the lesson holds true for big or small circumstances. Here are three tips to turn unexpected hiccups into opportunities:

  1. Get Curious: When plans go awry, instead of throwing in the towel, ask yourself, “How can this moment help me innovate?” It’s about turning a challenge into a chance for creativity.
  2. Find the Hidden Gift: Often, the best discoveries are hidden in the least expected places. What if the very obstacle you’re facing is hiding a potential breakthrough? I like to ask myself, “How is this situation awesome?”
  3. Uplevel Your Thinking: As Einstein wisely said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Each new challenge is an invitation to expand our thinking and explore new possibilities.

So, next time life decides to switch up your recipe, remember, it might just be leading you to your next best discovery.

Here’s to new flavors, new adventures, and embracing the unexpected!

Shine on,

Carolyn Cooper

Transform Your New Year with Our Special Tradition

Transform Your New Year with Our Special Tradition

Season’s greetings!

Amidst the holiday cheer, I’m excited to share with you a personal tradition that Dean-the-dream and I have implemented since 2018. It’s different from the usual festive fun, but trust me, the rewards are immense! We’ve been kickstarting each year with a special detox – a tradition that’s not just another holiday activity, but a true game-changer for our health.

This isn’t about quick detox drinks or intense fasts. We’re talking about a detox that truly respects and rejuvenates your body, and that’s important because not all detox methods are equally beneficial.

The truth is we’re all being exposed to historic levels of new toxins. (As if our air, water, food, pharma, and products aren’t already clogging up our organs of elimination.)

Yes, our bodies have miraculous systems of detoxification – but they’re overwhelmed! This is exactly why Dean and I chose to start our detox tradition, and why it might just be the perfect time for you to also join this journey towards rejuvenation.

My colleague Robyn Openshaw, the GreenSmoothieGirl, has studied human detoxification for 29 years for 10,000 hours (more time than she spent studying for her advanced degrees combined), including the time she spent studying with holistic doctors and professionals around the world.

Her GreenSmoothieGirl Detox has influenced over 19,000 lives, over the past 11 years, including mine!

Robyn believes that all her time and work is paying off, because, in 2024, EVERYONE needs to do a dedicated, science-based detoxification program more than ever! Everyone she talks to seems to be stressed, lacking energy, and dealing with health challenges.

She wants to help as many people as possible. Your first step is to watch her Detox Secrets Video Series.

She’s distilled all her knowledge, giving people a chance to learn the EASY way. And she’s opening it to my community — for FREE! — for this month only. Join today to discover the truth about detoxification.

Because what you learn could lead to unbelievable results (for you and for the people you care about).

Like dropping weight where you need to? Yes, participants see this, but also much, much more–where weight loss is just a byproduct of truly cleaning up your temple. She sent me a bunch of testimonials, and I’m blown away!

“I feel great. I have lost not only 12.5 pounds —

but fat, too. My love handles/muffin top are gone.

I feel like this program has benefited all aspects of my life.”

— Chantel H., Idaho Falls, Idaho

One thing is for sure:

The body wasn’t meant to deal with the level of highly processed foods and harmful chemicals it’s exposed to these days.

Yes, the body was meant to protect you. But the crazy-high levels of stuff your body must deal with daily is just too much.

Toxins — and the leftovers from unhealthy choices — build up in the body.

And then, they deplete your IMMUNE system. And it all just gets worse from there.

I learned a ton from Robyn’s videos. And I want you to discover these Detox Secrets.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • The 7 types of toxicity — and how to eliminate them, for good
  • Why detoxing (the right way) could finally give you the permanent weight loss you’re seeking
  • The 8 most detoxifying foods — and the 11 most toxic foods (some of these might surprise you)
  • Why detoxing the right way is about MORE than the physical results you’ll experience

>> Join Robyn’s Detox Secrets Video Series. Because it’s only open for my community until the end of the month!

I’m cheering you on!

Carolyn Cooper

P.S. Robyn runs her GreenSmoothieGirl Detox online with a group of thousands every January. Here are just a few of the hundreds of glowing testimonials people send her about her science-based Detox program:

I have done other ‘cleanses,’ but this is by far the best. Thank you, Robyn, for putting in the time, effort, and love to research the ‘best of the best’ programs and put together a useful, DOABLE detox/cleanse for us ‘average’ people, and continually being a source of inspiration, education and, above all, support!” — Karen H., Las Vegas, Nevada

“I absolutely loved the GSG detox program! It was well thought out, comprehensive, informative, and practical. I would highly recommend participating in the full-support option because the additional videos, pre-recorded talks with experts, and the live Q&A calls were invaluable to my success.” — Holly V., Gig Harbor, Washington

Monster-Repellant-Light

Monster Repellant – Just Add Light!

Monster Repellant – Just Add Light!

Halloween is over, but the imaginary monsters may still be lurking in our minds. We’ve all experienced that feeling of dread as a kid when we suspect some nightmarish creature is hiding just out of sight under the bed.

Our hearts race, palms sweat, minds conjure up the scary sounds and shadows. But what if we flip on the light switch or work up the courage to peer under? More often than not, the monster is actually a pile of dirty laundry, a forgotten toy, or a stuffed animal with a button eye we mistakenly took for a lurking beast.

Our minds can trick us in similar ways as adults. We anticipate the worst possible scenarios, exaggerate potential threats, and assume fearsome shapes in the darkness of uncertainty.

We magnify small concerns, letting them grow fangs and scales. Add a bit of overthinking and it’s easy for our imagination to blow things out of proportion and morph the mundane into the monstrous.

But just like checking for real monsters under the bed, we can shine the LIGHT of awareness on our worries.

Using tools like SimplyAlign can help dispel the imagined monsters, see things as they truly are, and clear the residual emotions holding us back from peace. Perhaps that metaphorical monster under your bed is just a pair of socks waiting to be tossed in the laundry.

If those pesky anxiety monsters keep creeping up, it may be time to implement more tools to tame them for good.

My upcoming SimplyAlign Training will equip you with energy techniques to get to the root of exaggerated worries. You’ll learn to clear unresolved emotions, rewrite limiting beliefs, and access a calm, focused state to quiet the imaginary, and the real monsters.

SimplyAlign makes energy healing practical for real life so you can overcome anxiety monsters and reclaim your sense of peace. And it’s here for you if you’re ready to shed old fears and start living boldly. I can’t wait to help you tame your monsters and thrive!

Guess How Many Years in Business?
6 Lessons Learned

Guess How Many Years in Business?
6 Lessons Learned

August is a big milestone month over here at SimplyAlign – I’m celebrating my business anniversary! Can I get a virtual high five?

Two decades is how long I’ve been online, and that’s a lot! I started in 2003, with my “Living in the Flow” Newsletter, Tai Chi Flow videos, and energy sessions. And I recently stumbled upon an archive of my old newsletter/emails from 2010 going forward– talk about a blast from the past!

Wow, I was busy through those years. Guest spots on summits, podcasts, radio shows, speaking on stages big and small, teaching across the US and in Australia (7 times), hey I forgot that I even wrote a chapter in two best selling books – it’s been quite the ride and I’m still enjoying it…oh so much! And I’m excited about what’s coming up this fall -stay tuned more details coming in the next month.

In the meantime, I’ve been thinking of all the lessons I’ve learned along this 20-year entrepreneurial journey. I’d love to share a few of those nuggets with you because they relate to ALL areas of life, not just business. So here we go:

1. Use the 80/20 rule. Also known as the Pareto Principle: roughly 80% of outcomes come from 20% of effort. For example, 20% of a plant contains 80% of the fruit, 20% of a company’s customers bring in 80% of the profit, and I’d venture to guess – you wear 20% of the clothes in your closet 80% of the time. You get the point. I had to learn NOT to use 80% of my time for a 20% result. To instead, prioritize my highest impact tasks (20%) for the optimal, and easiest results (80%).

2. Honor the Struggle / Embrace the Suck. Running a business is fun…except when it’s not. There are parts of business that I don’t love: admin tasks, learning new technology, communication misunderstandings. But that’s like everything in life, you’ve got to take the unpleasant with the pleasant because those good parts are so worth it. I delegate what I can, and have learned to appreciate the unavoidable parts. I choose to see them as opportunities to rise and be bolder.

3. Time Blocking is my to-do list’s best friend. I started time-blocking to keep myself on task. It’s my daily to-do list put in certain blocks of time, so I never have to waste time mulling over what I should work on next, and getting distracted in the process. I prioritize that beforehand. It also helps me to totally focus on the task at hand during that block, even if another idea pops in my brain (which happens a lot). I just write myself a short note to remember it and keep on the task at hand.

4. You can’t grow what you don’t know. You can’t make a plant grow if you don’t know its soil, right? Same goes for business and life. You’ve gotta pay attention to those numbers, like that wise Peter Drucker said, ‘You can’t manage what you don’t measure.’ But here’s the kicker—once upon a time, I was hesitant about diving into my income figures. It felt like checking the scale every day when you’re trying to be healthy, ya know? Too much and it’s like getting overly focused on numbers. But fast forward to now, and I’m all about those digits. It’s one way of giving my business the respect it deserves.

5. Outdoors + Movement = Clarity. I love working and it seems there is always something to be done. That’s not a good combo…it means since there is always work to do and I like working…well, I’ve learned to get myself away from my office. Outside in nature is a great place to be – it “sharpens the saw” and can be pure gold for creativity. Some of my best ideas have come to me because of sneaking away from work to enjoy nature on a walk or high-speed bike ride.

6. Do Less Better. When overwhelmed, PRUNE. When I get too much on my plate for too long, I’ve learned the answer is to take a look at what’s feeling overwhelming and ask myself the 3-Ds: “What can I delegate, delay, or delete?” I find most tasks fit into one of those buckets. Pruning back the non-essentials makes it possible to do the essentials – to do less – better. It frees up more creative power for the most important things. Keeping it simple is always a good thing in my book!

Those are just a few of the lessons I’ve learned on this journey. I’ll probably share more in the future, but this is long enough for now.

Oh, and guess what?

August isn’t just about SimplyAlign’s birthday bash – it’s also my wedding anniversary month! Yup, Dean-the-dream and I are marking 42 years together! Holy cow, that’s a long time! Maybe next week I’ll have a list of what I’ve learned from marriage, but probably not because even 42 years does not an expert make, haha!

Business and Marriage

But have you ever noticed how business and marriage share a bunch of similarities? They both involve navigating tough times and celebrating victories. Both demand care, patience, teamwork, and a good sense of humor.

Just wanted to say thanks for being part of my journey. Your support means a lot!

Much Love,

Carolyn Cooper

Time scarcity

Affirmation List to turn Time Scarcity to Time Abundance

Affirmation List to turn Time Scarcity to Time Abundance

I hope you’re well! Today, I have a treat for you – a downloadable list of empowering time affirmations! But first, I hope you don’t mind me sharing…

Dean and I just got back from a quick trip to Utah to surprise our ‘diplo-daughter’ when she flew in from India. She’s in the foreign service so has been working at the Embassy in Chennai, India and we haven’t seen her in 2 years! She thought we’d see each other when we’re in back in Utah in 2 weeks (which we will), but we decided it would be a great fun (and it was!) to be at the airport with flowers, balloons, and posters! She was completely surprised…and a bit jet-lagged. I’m really happy we chose to take that last minute trip and not miss out on that special time.

Time scarcity

And speaking of time, let’s get on to this week’s message:

Last week on a Zoom call with my SimplyAlign Practitioner Community, someone sent in a question about “time scarcity”. One of our practitioners said she has so much she wants to do and feels she is often behind.

She asked what I personally do to get so much done. Truth be told, others don’t see everything I WANT to get done, only what actually gets done. I too, often feel behind with all my ideas of what I’d like to get done. Like you, I’m balancing dreams with what realistically gets checked off my list.

So, here’s what I’ve picked up to give my days a bit of a stretch. These are tailored to my business/work life, but I’m sure you can tweak them for whatever you’re up to.

1. Evening Unload: Every night, before bed I take just a few minutes and quickly jot down all the thoughts swirling in my head (aka: brain dump). It’s like a mind cleanse. It helps me sleep better, and preps for a fresh start in the morning.

2. Top Three Focus: From that list, I choose three things for the next day. I usually end up doing more, but focusing on these three helps me stay on track and not feel overwhelmed with too many tasks.

3. Acknowledge Wins: At the end of the day, I reflect, give myself credit for things accomplished, and remind myself that I’ve done enough. I literally say to myself, “You’ve done enough for today”. There’s always more, but it’s important to celebrate progress.

4. Idea Priority Check: When new ideas or opportunities pop up, I rate them on a scale of 1 to 10. If it’s an 8, 9, or 10, it’s worth considering. If it’s not, I know how easily something new can steer me off course. Those 8s and 9s can distract me from my 10s -so being aware of that is super helpful! Clear 10s make it to my list.

5. Boost with Positivity: And here’s my secret sauce – SimplyAlign. It helps me shake off any thoughts of not having enough time, it releases limiting patterns, and keeps me grounded and confident in my goals.

For that call with my SimplyAlign Community, I put together a PDF of TIME AFFIRMATIONS that I’m sharing with you too! I’ve attached it here – take a peek and print it off if it’s helpful.

Wishing you more time for all that brings you joy ~

Lessons From a Witness Tree

Lessons From a Witness Tree

One of the things I love about living here in DC is that there is so much HISTORY all around us. Dean-the-dream and I have a list of “day-trips” and “weekend trips” we’re working our way through, and having a ball doing it!

Last weekend we finally made it to Gettysburg, where 160 years ago this week, the bloodiest battle of the Civil War took place from July 1 to 3, 1863. The details are gruesome and heart-wrenching, as all war-stories are.

Wait! Gosh, what a horrible way to start an email (gruesome?) – Stay with me I actually have an inspiring message, keep reading…

Amidst the weight of history, this beautiful little town has shown incredible resilience. It’s so clean, the locals are so nice, and many of them even dress in 1863 attire…just because they can (love that!).

During our visit, they had battle re-enactments. Hundreds of men and women from around the country traveled to play their part (for no pay, this is a hobby for them). And wow, do those “soldiers” and their ladies, (in their beautiful Scarlet O’Hara-ish gowns complete with hoop petticoats), know their history!

In the middle of this charming little town stands two very large, very old “Witness Trees.” A witness tree is a unique tree that has experienced history first hand. These two trees were there during those dreadful battles, and are a living connection to the past. Through the years, these trees have become guardians of history, quietly testifying to the events that occurred on this hallowed ground.

Witness Tree

As I stood next to one of these magnificent trees, (now literally between the cider house and ice cream parlor), I was overcome with a sense of awe. As I touched its rough bark, I imagined the stories this tree could tell of the struggles and sacrifices it had silently observed. It is a living testament to the power of endurance and the ability to weather the storms of life.

The sheer presence of this towering giant was a humbling experience for me. It seemed I could feel the strength and resilience running through its ancient trunk, and for a long moment I could feel a deep connection to the past.

The quiet strength I felt from this tree reminded me that we, too, have the capacity to provide the strength and stability others need while navigating life’s challenges. Life can get so busy, and we often forget how much our presence can mean to others. Sometimes all we need to do is stand strong and be present.

Like the Witness Tree, sometimes what our friends
and loved ones require is just our steady support,
and a reassuring presence to lean on.

We don’t always need fancy solutions or wise words.
In fact, in a world filled with noise and distractions,
our quiet presence can speak volumes.

What truly matters is showing up, listening,
and being there for the ups and downs.

Yep, I got all that from standing next to an old, wise tree in Gettysburg, PA.

So let’s take a leaf out of the Witness Trees’ book and be that kind of friend, bringing light, support, and unwavering love to those who need it.

You’ve got this, and your loved ones will be forever grateful for the refreshing shade you provide in their lives.

And I hope you have that support in your life as well.

PS: If you missed my Group Call earlier this week on RECEIVING good things in your life (including receiving supportive, steady friends), you can still purchase the replay here.

PSS: If you want to see more Gettysburg photos, plus battle videos, I’ve got a lot posted on my personal Facebook page here.

subconscious

Let’s talk about your subconscious…

Let’s talk about your subconscious…

You may not always be aware of it, but your subconscious mind is always working in the background. It’s sometimes called the unconscious mind, and it holds all of the stored information of everything you have ever experienced.

The subconscious mind keeps your body temperature at 98.6 degrees, regulates your breathing, and keeps your heart beat steady. It also keeps you thinking and acting in a manner consistent with what you have done and said in the past.

Because of that it influences how you react to things, negatively or positively. It’s the hidden but powerful part that affects things like why you may be fearful, resistant, disappointed in certain situations. And on a good note, why you are motivated, confident, successful, cheerful, hopeful in other situations.

Studies in the field of psychology on how the brain works indicate that the experiences we have shape the way we think and act, especially experiences in our early childhood. Although you don’t remember most of your life data, the unconscious data in your head influences 90 to 95% of your behavior.

A monk was walking down a quiet road when suddenly he heard the sound of a galloping horse.

He turned and saw a man riding a horse in the distance moving swiftly towards him.

When the man on the horse got closer, he slowed down just a bit and the monk asked,

“Where are you going?” To which the man replied, “I don’t know, ask the horse,” and rides away.

The horse in this story represents your subconscious mind running on past conditioning. And sometimes it seems we don’t know where that past programming will take us. If past experiences, conversations, perceptions are in your subconscious mind, running like like this horse, how do we change it when necessary?

Is there a way to update your “horse” with new, positive instructions?

Luckily yes! Because your subconscious doesn’t think or reason independently, it simply obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind, your conscious thoughts and actions can reprogram it.

You can consciously choose to feed your subconscious with positive, empowering thoughts and here are some ways to do that:

1. Catch your inner critic in the act of saying something negative and ‘flip’ it to the opposite (but something believable)

2. If you want it fast and thorough, SimplyAlign can clean up and re-program thoughts lightening fast

3. Use AFFIRMATIONS to state what you want, who you want to be, and how you want to feel.

And…because I want to help with your affirmations I’m gifting you my ebook: 239 Affirmations to Lighten Your Life !

It’s a collection of my most used and loved affirmations that pack a punch (in a good way!). I hope you love it.

daughter

What my daughter taught me

What my daughter taught me

Several years ago my daughter who was in her early 30’s at the time said to me,

“I’ve realized something that has made my life so much easier.”

She went on to say,

“It seems everyone’s life sucks about 30% of the time, and the other 70% is good. So when going through the 30% you just need to know that’s totally normal and you’ll get through it. And then make an effort to really enjoy and be grateful for the 70% smooth, happy times.”

daughter

Wow, I think that’s a great insight…and helpful.

In the years since then, I’ve heard other people teach that life sucks 50% of the time and is great 50% of the time.

As and optimist and a possibilitarian, that not-good-50% just seems WAY to high of a percentage for me.

In fact, for me, that seems a little depressing to think that HALF the time I spend here on planet earth will be unpleasant.

I much prefer my daughter’s pattern of 30/70. Because although life is great “above the line” (see my blog post about that here), it’s that 30% below the line that helps us really APPRECIATE the satisfying 70%.

I would take that one step further and say –

Even within your 30% difficult times, I bet you could find So Very Many other things in your life to be grateful for, which helps to make those ‘sucky times’ bearable.

And even in the 70% good times, there are always little bumps in those roads too.

I’m sharing this insight with you today because…

If you are going through a challenging chapter of your life, just remember, it’s temporary.

Keeping an ongoing gratitude journal (in your brain or on paper) will help you see solutions, appreciate the soul stretching, and give you a more hopeful perspective.

And, if you are living-in-the-70%-flow right now (or at least no major problems at the moment) be grateful for that. Again – it’s gratitude that will increase your awareness and appreciation during good times, and in that space you can inspire and lift others.

Living Above the Line

Are You Living Above The Line?

One of my favorite ways to explain about energy/emotions/frequency, whether I’m teaching a class or just explaining to one client in a private session, is to use the concept of living above or below the line.

This concept is used in a lot of different ways, but I talk about it referring to emotions.

We all get the “opportunity” to feel a broad range of emotions throughout our lives, throughout a week, or really it can be throughout one day!

Some emotions are heavy, and have a slower vibration. Emotions such as:

sadness / anger / fear / shame / doubt / anxiety / envy / disappointment / irritation / worry / impatience, and so many more.

Since these emotions are heavy and sluggish, they can literally make us feel heavy and sluggish when we are carrying them. These are what I call Below the Line.

On the flip side, emotions that make us feel light, lift us up, and feel so good are:

joy / peace / gratitude / hope / contentment / serenity / awe / relief / confidence / optimism / LOVE / enthusiasm, ETC. These I refer to as Above the Line.

Let’s say there’s an invisible line and all the negative emotions fall beneath it, and all the positive emotions float above it. With that visual it’s easy to see that we want to Live Above The Line. It feels so much better to live in the space of these higher vibrating emotions!

Living Above the Line

But let’s go back to what I said earlier, we all get the “opportunity” to experience all these emotions. So, yes our goal is to do what we can to live ABOVE the line, but it’s really ok if we occasionally sink below it while experiencing one or more of the heavy emotions.

After all…that’s part of this life’s experience. We’re not meant to only live above the line, but yes, life is much more pleasant when we pro-actively do what we can to live from the “up-side”.

Sometimes we carry heavy emotions temporarily while we’re going through some tough stuff, and sometimes those emotions get stuck in our tissues, in our energy, in our mind.

What SimplyAlign does is find the cause of the negative emotion and release it at its root.

You don’t have to remember the event or re-live what happened, often the energy just needs a witness…and a skilled practitioner.

The negative emotions we carry can be from situations we are currently experiencing, or can be stored and stagnating from years of layering these sluggish emotions without fully releasing and letting them go. Oh wow, that sounds heavy doesn’t it?

The good news is, we don’t have to carry them. There are ways to get to the root and clean it up, even if we don’t know the exact emotions, where they came from, or that they were even still lurking there.

Last week I worked with a new client and several times through the session she said, “I feel so light!” I told her, “Yes, that’s how SimplyAlign works.” That’s the statement I hear the most from clients, and it goes back to releasing the heavy vibrations.

So, here’s my invitation for you this week:

Pay attention to how you’re feeling. Check in with yourself during the day to notice what emotion you’re feeling at the time, and whether it’s ABOVE or BELOW the line. Of course the goal is to stay above the line, by keeping or shifting your thoughts to a positive state.

Just having this awareness will help raise your vibration. Yay You!

And if you’re ready to take it several steps further and learn how to use SimplyAlign to quickly and gracefully release heavy emotions (and oh so much more!) then click here to learn more about the upcoming SimplyAlign Training Oct 18-21st – all ONLINE

Having the desire to do this work is a gift, and being able to do it well is a skill.

I can’t give you the desire if it’s not there, but if it is, I can teach you the skills to help you live

ABOVE THE LINE more often and skills to help you help others live above the line too.

Shine On,
