Creativity: You May Have More Than You Think

If you've ever thought, "I'm just not a creative person," you may be giving yourself far too little credit.

When we think about creativity, it's easy to picture artists, writers, musicians, or people making something beautiful. But creativity shows up in far more places than we often realize. It can be found in the way we solve problems, care for others, navigate challenges, and bring new ideas into everyday life.

In this episode, I'm sharing reflections inspired by The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron and a recent conversation with my practitioner community. Together, we'll explore how to become more creative by expanding our definition of creativity and recognizing the creative gifts we may already be using every day.
