Calyco Healing in Australia

October 2010 marked Calyco Healing’s debut in Sydney, Australia.  My husband, Dean went with me as my ‘assistant’ and he did a great job.  We truly enjoyed meeting all the wonderful women who attended, and some amazing life-changing experiences took place for class participants during those four days!

The photo at left shows me with Jenny Hobby, the host for the Australian class. Jenny was the hostess with the mostest, I might add!  She taught us about Australia’s morning tea and afternoon tea, and graciously served some wonderful refreshments twice each day of the class.

Following the class, Dean and I spent a day sight-seeing. Of course we rode a ferry at Sydney Harbor and visited Manly Beach.  We also went to the Opera House, shops and restaurants.  We even danced with an aborigine man!

Waking up each morning to the sound of kookaburras singing (“in the old gum tree”) was amazing!  Another Calyco Healing course in Sydney is already planned and filling up for February, 2011. I’m thrilled to be going back there again!
