But here’s what I’ve learned after years of doing this work: Once people experience it, they get it.
Because energy healing isn’t about waving your hands and hoping for magic—it’s about clearing out the emotional, mental, and energetic clutter that weighs us down. It’s like untangling a necklace—the knots release in the right order, making everything flow more smoothly.
And whether we realize it or not, we’re all working with energy all the time. Our thoughts, emotions, stress levels—they all carry energy that affects how we feel and function.
