For most of us, it’s because we don’t want to disappoint, miss out, or seem rude. But here’s the thing—every time we say yes to something that doesn’t align, we’re also saying no to something that might matter more.
No to rest.
No to creativity.
No to that quiet space where we actually hear our own thoughts.
What if we flipped it? Instead of seeing no as shutting a door, what if we saw it as opening the right one?
