Positive Home Energy
You know that living things have energy, and the energy can be positive or negative. That’s an oversimplification, of course, but you know what I’m talking about. Did you know that your home has energy too? I’m not talking about gas and electric, as I’m sure you’ve guessed. I’m talking about the living energy of the home that manifests through the people who live there, the activities they engage in and its overall spirit.
Good music, laughter and honest, positive communication can keep a good vibe. Arguments and conflict disturb the energy and and lower the vibrations. We’ve all walked into someone’s home and either felt welcomed and enveloped, or rejected and cold — just by feeling the vibrations.
I help realtors when they’re preparing homes to sell. Sometimes my realtor clients will call and ask me to clear the energy of a house that is just not selling. Sometimes it’s mourning the loss of the family who left it, or feeling the effects of a nasty divorce. We’ve all heard of haunted houses, and often that’s stuck energy from a traumatic event.
Here’s a story from a client of one our Certified SimplyHealed Practitioner’s, Deena Gray-Henry:

Last summer when we were getting ready to sell our home in Washington, Deena bumped up the house energy. Our house sold in four hours. That was before I had taken the SimplyHealed Course. This year, my husband and a friend bought a house to flip. As they were preparing to put it on the market, I raised the energy on the house since it was quite low. Dear Carolyn-
You are a gift of light and healing, I feel blessed have met you when all this was in it beginning stages of visualization. And now it’s bigger and touched more lives than I think you even dreamed at that time.
I have spoke of you many times and shared you with many people. In the field of energy work, clearing, and healing you have surpassed so many. That being said, and now living in Ohio, I have been on your tele-conferences, but have wondered how much you can do personally, for one such as myself that, although I have learned much, sometimes find it hard to do my own work. I have a son in St George, who needs something huge, and a house that is in Ohio, that has energy that needs to clear and can sell, I have sold houses before the we listed or the night they were posted on the MLS, I have sold and bought houses forsale by owner and that is what I am trying to do, I feel shifts and then shifts backwards, conflicts with spouse that shift back and forth, so as not to be longer, I have felt this house has affected my health hugely and I am now seeing it affect my husband as he finds it harder and harder to go to work to be connected on any level—so I ask! Do you have time anymore to do individual work on the phone, ie clearings, dedications, sessions, etc? If so can you contact me? We almost connected again, a couple of yrs ago while I was back in St George, but timing didn’t work out. Things happen for a reason, I just want to do all in my power to help lift and lighten the energy of my home and my family, my heart and my health, a big tall order, but, I know what is possible and I’m wondering if the time is now!
